New SeaStar Solutions HK4200A-3 BayStar hydraulic steering kit. For use with outboards that require the HC4647 series cylinder only. This kit comes with an HA4641 pivot plate to convert the standard HC4645-3 cylinder into an HC4647-3 (instructions included - requires 5/32" Allen wrench). Verify that your outboard needs the HC4647 series cylinder using the application guide in the product images prior to ordering. Works For
Single-helm, single-outboard boats under 55 mph and 150 hp. Not for use with bass boats, pontoon boats, or any high performance applications.



Hoses/Tubes
Comes with two 20ft cut-to-length hoses, which accommodates most boats. During installation, the instructions will guide you on how to cut the hoses to the required length and install the included compression nuts. If you need longer than 20ft, use a SeaStar hose kit, which is fully compatible with the BayStar. You can use the measuring guide in the product images to see what length your boat requires.
