Sierra 18-1842 exhaust manifold for MerCruiser marine gas engines. Replaces dry joint V6 exhaust manifold on most 2003 and newer 4.3L engines. Comes with new manifold-to-head gasket and plugs. Does not include riser gasket. If you need one, please view available gaskets here. Each purchase is for one manifold. You will need two to replace both manifolds on a V6 engine.
