Sierra 18-1978 riser elbow for MerCruiser gas engines. 3" outside diameter outlet (accepts 3 inch exhaust hose). Replaces Mercury Marine 76771A2 and 76771A3. Riser mating bolt dimensions are 3-1/16" (77.8mm) by 2-13/16" (71.4mm) bolt center-to-center.
