New SeaStar hydraulic outboard steering system. This is the same as the HK6400A-3 SeaStar kit, but includes the alternate HC5347-3 cylinder used on some specific outboard applications (more information below).

Works For
Boats up to 60 mph with single outboards up to 300 HP or twin outboards up to 450 hp (non-counter rotating) / 600 hp (counter rotating). Twin engine applications require a tie bar kit. The SeaStar requires a 3" (76mm) cut-out hole in the dash and a minimum 21" (534mm) splashwell width.

Cylinder/Ram
The SeaStar kit normally comes with an HC5345-3 cylinder, but this kit includes the HC5347-3 alternate cylinder to fit 1998-2009 Honda 115-130 HP outboards. Verify that your outboard needs the HC5347-3 cylinder using the application guide in the product images prior to ordering.
