Scotty 370 trolling snubber with swivel and snap attaches between your downrigger cable and weight. The Scotty trolling snubber absorbs shock, provides electrical insulation, and helps prevent snagging. It's easy to grip with wet hands and allows for simple, quick connection to the downrigger weight (not included). Simply connect your downrigger line to the welded ring of the Sampo ball bearing swivel and clip your weight to the other end using the trolling snap.
