The Burnewiin SC1036 Scotty downrigger adapter plate mounts to the Burnewiin UM6080 universal mount insert, creating an adapter for the mounting pattern on the Scotty No. 1026 swivel base.
If you want to minimize bulk and save weight and space, you can skip the swivel base and attach the Scotty #1023 Tilt-Up Base directly to the SC1036 plate using the (4) 1/4-20 holes on the interior smaller rectangular hole pattern.
